What is Sup

Sup stands for Stand Up Paddle and literally means “standing with a paddle”. This sport in fact, born in Hawaii, combines the surfboard with the paddle. To practice it you have to balance standing on the board and move using the paddle.

HOW THE ACTIVITY TAKES PLACE

The Sup tour on Lake Garda starts at 10:00 a.m. , at 3:00 p.m. or at 6:00 p.m. , to enjoy the sunset, at the meeting point indicated on the map, where you will be given the technical equipment.

After a brief theoretical lesson you will board the Sup and visit the Bay of the Horn and, if the level and conditions of the lake allow it, also Punta San Viglio.

You will pass through the natural arch of the Minicio River and explore Peschiera del Garda around the ancient walls that surround the town.

Paddling along the coasts with the Sup will allow you to see the small villages of Lake Garda and the mountains from an otherwise inaccessible perspective.

If you wish, you can also enjoy a tasty picnic on the beach or a final aperitif to toast the experience.

WHO IS THE ACTIVITY FOR

The Sup a tour on Lake Garda is an activity for everyone: it is not necessary, in fact, any experience as you will be trained by qualified personnel who will accompany you throughout the adventure. It is only necessary to have a good aquatic skills and to know how to swim. Children from 14 years old can also participate. Suitable for families, groups of friends and anyone who wants to treat themselves to a thrill.
