WHAT IS RAFTING
Rafting is a sport that consists of river descent on a particular inflatable called “raft“. It is practiced in rivers and streams where, thanks to the flow of water and the paddle, we are directed by overcoming natural obstacles such as rocks or rapids that the river presents.
This activity combines the fun of the rafting descent with the relax of an entrance fee to the Pré Saint Didier Spa.

Rafting in the Aosta Valley begins at 2 p.m. at the meeting point indicated on the map, where you will be given your technical equipment.
The experience involves 6km of navigation of two sections of rivers of increasing difficulty with third-degree rapids in a picturesque setting at the foot of Mont Blanc.
After the first 3km stretch of the river between Morgex and La Salle, you will embark embark below Pré Saint Didier covering another 3km of a single rapid on third-degree difficulty.
At the end of the rafting descent you will reach the spa around 5 p.m. With the entrance voucher to be handed in at reception, you will be able to access the spa without a line. The closing time of the spa during the week is 9:00 p.m., on Fridays and Saturdays at 11:00 p.m.
