What is Rafting
Rafting is a sport that consists of river descent on a particular inflatable called “raft“. It is practiced in rivers and streams where, thanks to the flow of water and the paddle, we are directed by overcoming natural obstacles such as rocks or rapids that the river presents.
HOW THE ACTIVITY TAKES PLACE
Rafting in Val di Sole begins at the meeting point indicated on the map, where you will be given the technical equipment and you can change in the locker room of the office.
Then you will board the bus that will take you near the Noce River to start your adventure.
The Noce River in Val di Sole is one of the best routes to do this kind of activity. It has been recognized, in fact, by National Geographic as the best river for rafting in Europe.
You will be instructed on the main safety measures and behaviors to be observed on the raft in order to perform the activity in the best way.
It’s time to live your adventure! Races between crews, swimming trials and river steeps: all this in two hours of pure adrenaline.
At the end of the activity you will return to the headquarters with the bus and you can change and use the shower and changing room.

WHO IS THE ACTIVITY FOR
Rafting in Val di Sole is an activity of medium difficulty and has an age limit of 14 years and up. The route on the Noce River is also ideal for celebrating special events such as birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties and for all those who want to live a fun and adrenaline experience!
