WHAT IS THE CANYONING
Canyoning is an adventurous water sport that is practiced in the mountains and consists of the descent of streams flowing in rocky channels without the aid of canoes, kayaks or rafts. It descends, therefore, on foot with ropes that allow you to safely cross the particularly exposed points.
HOW THE ACTIVITY TAKES PLACE
Canyoning on the Palvico Torrent begins at 1:00 p.m. at the point indicated on the map, where you will be given the technical equipment.
After a briefing, you will board the bus that will take you to the starting point of your adventure. The route includes entering the river without having to walk uphill.
The first part of the tour is ideal for getting familiar with the creek and includes only small jumps and slides. After that, there will be some rappels and longer jumps, until you reach the most exciting point of the trail, the 50-meter waterfall, to be rappelled downhill.
At the end of the adventure, the bus will take you back to the starting point.
