  How does the Gift Card work?

  The Gift Card has the value you choose. It gives the recipient complete freedom to select any activity available on our website. The credit can be used to book one or more activities of their choice.

• 

  What is the validity of my Gift Card?

  The Gift Card is valid for one full year (12 months) from the date of purchase.

• 

  I have bought the gift voucher, when will I receive it?

  The Gift Card in printable PDF format is sent immediately to the email address you used for the purchase. You can then forward it or print it to personally give it to the recipient of your choice.

  How can I use my Gift Card?

  The Gift Card comes with a unique code. To use it, simply select the activity you want on our website. During the booking process, enter the Gift Card code in the designated field — the amount will be automatically applied and deducted from the total cost.

  Can I use the Gift Card to book multiple activities?

  If the cost of the selected activity is less than the remaining value of the Gift Card, the difference will stay on your card for a future purchase on our website. Please note: a Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

  What if my Gift Card value is more or less than the activity cost?

  If the cost of the activity is HIGHER than the value of the Gift Card: the entire Gift Card amount will be applied to the booking. You will then be asked to pay the remaining balance using a standard payment method (credit card, etc.) to complete the booking.
  If the cost of the activity is LOWER than the value of the Gift Card: the remaining balance will stay on your Gift Card and can be used for future purchases on our website, up until the card’s expiration date.

  Can I get a refund if the activity I booked with my Gift Card is canceled?

  If the activity is canceled due to circumstances beyond your control (bad weather, instructor unavailability, etc.), the amount spent will be fully credited back to your Gift Card. You can then book a new experience with complete freedom.

  Can I request a refund of the voucher?

  The voucher is non-refundable, but you can change the activity and choose from those available in our exclusive catalog within the 12-month period.
