How it works ?

The horse riding excursion in the Maccone Bianco Nature Reserve, at Santa Maria del Focallo, is designed to be accessible to everyone, with no prior riding experience needed.
At the meeting point shown on the map, you'll be welcomed by the ranch staff.
Before setting off, you'll receive a short safety briefing: from that point on, you'll be entrusted to a certified guide, who will stay with you for the entire ride.
You can choose between a shorter, one-hour route or a longer, two-hour option, ideal for those who want to take their time and enjoy the experience more fully.
The route runs entirely within the Maccone Bianco Nature Reserve, through typical Mediterranean scrubland.
Thanks to the gentle nature of the horses used, the activity is also open to younger riders, from age 5.
Families with children are provided with a dedicated guide who walks alongside the child for the whole ride, offering constant support.
Guests can also enjoy, at no extra cost, a shaded picnic area within the reserve, along with convenient parking reserved for participants.
